Employers who have at least 100 employees, and federal contractors/subcontractors with 50 or more employees and $50,000 or more in a federal contract, are required to complete and submit an EEO-1 Report annually to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor every year.
